Now Offering Pet Portals!!!
Have you ever wanted to check your pet's vaccination status online or print out a copy of its vaccines? You will now be able to do that & so much more. We are doing a trial offer for our clients during which time they will be able to do the following things online thru our website: look up their pet's vaccine history, print a vaccine certificate, upload pictures of their pets, look up previous medications we have prescribed, request refills for those prescriptions, request appointments, request boarding reservations, setup reminders for your pet's care, give feedback, and more. All a client has to do is go to our home page & request login information which will be sent to them via an email within 24 hours. That client can then go to our home page & log in by clicking on the Pet Portals link at the bottom of the page. It's that simple!!! We hope that this will make it easier for you to communicate with us 24/7, at your convenience. Please let us know what you think of this new service as we evaluate how useful you think it is.
OUR HOURS HAVE CHANGED!
As of March 1st we will be open from 7am to 5pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and from 7am to 7pm on Tuesday & Thursday. We are also open from 8am to noon on Saturdays
Hopefully the additional evening hours will benefit those clients who need later appointments! Please note we are no longer open until 7pm on Wednesdays!!!
Now Enrolling for Basic Obedience Class !!!

A new obedience class starts every 6 weeks !!! Please call for the next session start date.
Our basic obedience class is taught by Jennifer Gunnarson, a certified veterinary technician and certified obedience trainer. Jennifer uses positive training techniques and teaches the basic commands such as sit, down, stay, & heel. This class is perfect for puppies, as well as adult dogs that need a “refresher” course.
The class is 6 weeks long and meets for an hour one night each week..
Cost: Patients - $85 Non-Patients - $100
All pets must be current on the following vaccines: distemper/parvo, bordetella (kennel cough), rabies (if the pet is 4 months of age or older). You must call ahead to preregister as class size is limited! To sign up or for questions, please call 618.222.9860.
CUR CELEBRATION EVENT WAS LOTS OF FUN!!!
On November 15th we had a customer appreciation day as well as an open house to welcome Dr. Jessica Sprague. We had lots of fun as many people brought their pets for pictures with Santa. We also had refreshments and crafts for the kids. Our special guests, the Tye Dyed Iguana (a reptile store in Fairview Hts on Hwy 50), Greyhound Rescue and Gateway Ferret Rescue, were favorites with everyone. See some of our pictures below.

Resort Space is Limited So Please Make Your Reservations Early !!!
We'd love to have your pet stay with us while you vacation. Our space is limited, however, so we urge you to please call as soon as you possibly can. Summer weekends and holiday weekends are especially in demand and may be completely booked several weeks or even months ahead of time! You are welcome to stop in for a tour at any time, and as quickly as we possibly can we'll show you around.
Classroom Activities:
Looking for someone to speak to your class about a pet related topic? Dr. Craig and Dr. Kimberly are also available to speak to classrooms on many issues involving pets. We welcome the opportunity to educate students of all ages on any of the following topics: basic pet care, caring for your dog, caring for your cat, which pet is right for me, pet safety, pet first aid, an introduction to reptiles, becoming & being a veterinarian, etc. Please contact us for availability.
